kis kr\u00e9msajttal, majon\u00e9zzel, f\u0171szerekkel \u00e9s k\u00e9szen is van. De sajnos, ez nem \u00edgy van.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9veken kereszt\u00fcl k\u00ednl\u00f3dtam, hogy egy j\u00f3 tormakr\u00e9met k\u00e9sz\u00edthessek a sonkatekercsbe, de sehogy nem akart igaz\u00e1n j\u00f3l siker\u00fclni. Ha hozz\u00e1adtam egy kis kr\u00e9msajtot, akkor elvesztette az igazi j\u00f3 \u00edz\u00e9t.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e9g\u00fcl ezt a k\u00e9rd\u00e9st receptfejleszt\u00e9s oldotta meg (\u00e9s ilyen megold\u00e1st tormakr\u00e9mre m\u00e9g sehol nem olvastam\/hallottam):<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a frissen reszelt torma haszn\u00e1lata (ecet n\u00e9lk\u00fcl)<\/li>\n<li>a mascarpone, ami egy nagyon semleges \u00edz\u0171, kenhet\u0151 sajt, ez\u00e9rt nem nyomja el a torma \u00edz\u00e9t.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00cdgy alakult ki az \u00f6sszet\u00e9tel, amit a Hozz\u00e1val\u00f3kban l\u00e1tsz.
